This week started with fantastic news. Rolls-Royce SMR, one of our key EqualEngineers members and a pioneering client of The SAFE Leader training, has been selected by the UK government to build the first wave of small modular nuclear reactors (SMRs).

This is not only a huge win for the UK's clean energy future, but also a proud moment for us. Rolls-Royce SMR trusted us early on to deliver The SAFE Leader programme, our first cohort with them recently wrapped up, and plans are underway for the next.
